| It was done @ either the dealer level or after the point of sale. Like pin striping or Katskinz "ribbed" leather seats / kits. Nissan shows NO part numbers and does NOT mention chrome wheels in ANY of their literature from the time. Infact IIRC there is a bullitin advising AGAINST chroming alloy wheels because they couldn't control what effect the sanding & dipping process would have on the wheels weight handling ability. Even cars that sold on dealer lots w. chrome wheels when new did NOT come from the factory that way.
